Her background allows her to explain complex information clearly and with empathy, making clients feel supported and informed. After moving to New Zealand, Shela returned to customer service before transitioning into the finance sector. This shift felt natural for her, as it allowed her to combine her love for helping others with her ability to communicate effectively and offer personalized solutions, ultimately leading to a rewarding career in insurance.

Julie Ann Lim, originally from the Philippines, is a dedicated and detail-oriented professional with a strong background in finance, customer service, and leadership. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Hotel and Restaurant Management and brings nearly 15 years of experience from the telecommunications industry, where she served as Finance Assistant Department Head. In this role, she gained valuable experience in financial operations, budget management, reporting, and team coordination—skills that strengthened her ability to communicate clearly and work effectively with both internal teams and external partners.

Now based in New Zealand, Julie has found a fulfilling career as a Financial Adviser. She uses her solid finance background and passion for helping others to guide individuals and families in making informed financial decisions. Her expertise in budgeting, financial analysis, and planning allows her to provide practical, client-focused advice tailored to each person’s goals.
