Shela Mae Borro is a licensed teacher back in the Philippines. Before pursuing her passion for education, she gained valuable experience working as a customer service representative. These experiences gave her a solid foundation not only for teaching but also for her career in the insurance and financial services industry.
Her background allows her to explain complex information clearly and with empathy, making clients feel supported and informed. After moving to New Zealand, Shela returned to customer service before transitioning into the finance sector. This shift felt natural for her, as it allowed her to combine her love for helping others with her ability to communicate effectively and offer personalized solutions, ultimately leading to a rewarding career in insurance.
